The Jets have been one of the more if not the most progressive team in the NFL since Woody Johnson bought the team.
OH Joy,,,,,hopefully the Jets were at the wrong workout. In other news I will post this here and now = I am very close to be done with this organization ( these are not just words but a fact ) and I will say here and now that if the Jets signed Kaepernick I would be D-O-N-E done done done and I would disappear from anything Jets including TGG and I am pretty sure that I would not be the only one but hopefully we never find out and the ass clown stays unemployed is signed by some other foolish franchise.
Every time I think “eh I’d rather not deal with the media circus even though Kap would be a good backup” I see one of these posts and I want to sign him on the spot.
Every time I see one of these posts it reminds me why I should not read any of YOUR posts Thanks for the reminder

per rotoworld COLIN KAEPERNICKQB, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT A scouting report from Saturday's workout in Atlanta described free agent QB Colin Kaepernick as "average overall."
Yes, the Jets have a quarterback, most teams have two or three. I firmly believe that Kaepernick is in a better position to contribute to the Jets than is David Fales.
A good backup only matters if, in the event the starter gets hurt, there's a season to save. This team was never good enough for that, even when Darnold was out in the first month. The Bears on the other hand could have used Kap, but Kap not being on any NFL roster was never about football reasons.
Nope. It was about the player not being good enough to overcome the war he started with with his employer. Franchise model or not, the NFL and it's teams certainly have a right to choose not to hire someone because they feel there are character concerns. And is it worth it to have Darnold deal with the same thing (and probably much worse at this point) Sanchez did? Week after week being questioned if he thinks he's still the starter for a guy that crashes the NFL ratings singlehandedly? Mind you, Darnold is still only 22 years old. Let him focus on football and not having the most polarizing figure in professional sports looking over his shoulder at all times.
