Why do the Jets feel the need to run their organization in such a manner?

So now Daryl Roberts is 'injured'.

    Who's buying that one?

It's a very unbelievable while at the same time very convenient excuse to not have to play a player that insulted Jets fans earlier in the week.

On the believability meter I rank this one down there with the businessman Quincy Enunwa's phantom injury.

Why not just come out and say hey we're laying down the law on this guy he's being benched for insulting our paying customers?

For goodness sake be transparent. Be honest.

    Such unnecessary nonsense.

Luke Falk just filed a grievance.

This dumpster fire is burning strong.

What a mess. Just read that as well. Something's going on with this injury shit. Does Gase think he can just throw a player on the injury list in place of publicly benching them? Trumaine Johnson has sprained ankles and gets thrown on IR? Roberts is a whiney douchebag so he's on the injury report?

They wronged Falk. I hope he wins his grievance

I don't think these guys are faking the injuries at all. It is something with how Gase runs practice. This shit happened in Miami and followed his ass here.

Yup, our training staff is one of the few areas where we've been above average year after year.

At this point the fan base might as well file a grievance too.

That's just simply not true. Gase is just preparing the roster so HE can run out there and play both quarterback and cornerback.

    Show these suckers up.

  9. He sends too much of mixed message. On one hand hes running intense physical practices that dont mesh w the current CBA yet on the other hes overly cautious w letting guys see live bullets both in practice & in games.

There was zero excuse for the starting OL not to play a single snap together the entire offseason. They shouldve played AT LEAST 2 drives in preseason week 4 against the backups to get some cohesion in place. THAT is incompetence & JD deserves blame too for the Kalil mess.

Not to mention seemingly not paying attention at all while Avery Williamson played by himself against backups and then saying "My bad" when he tore his ACL.

The offensive line thing pisses me off a ton too. They probably benefit the most from preseason action.

  11. If thats Parcells or even Rex coaching, that starting 5 is playing the entire first half against Philly.New faces, guy making calls fresh out of retirement & complicated brand new system. And thats for a group thats not very talented to begin with.

Seriously. And I can see the players banging around hard in preseason and training camp. They should to be honest, to an extent. The Seahawks have been fined three times and lost a draft pick because they were running contact drills after a certain point.

What in God's name are we doing running contact drills during the season that is leading to all of these injuries? Players despise hitting on Wednesday practices. Maybe that's why no one knows their assignments because we're too busy running full tilt drills.

I've watched some of the games, if the Jets are practicing too hard I'm fucking Jennifer Anniston.

If success is to be measured by wins on the field, the Johnsons have really sucked. If its to be measured by wins at the bank, the Johnsons have succeeded far beyond any expectations. So ask yourselves which is more important... Wins on the field or the bank. Answer that question and I think you'll have a better understanding of why the Johnsons do the shit they do. It looks dumb to us and the rest of the league true. But the Bank says: "keep it up!!!".

At this point we need to try and find a way to leave the stadium empty no Jets fans enter...I dont know how we would pull it off but we need to try.

They were already billionaires. This is like a hobby to them.

    Imagine that.

    We can't hurt them financially.

The NFL system assures every team of making money no matter how bad. It's a socialist system where every team divides the TV deals money equally.

My understanding is that ticket sales, concessions is a small % of their profits. The TV money is where it's at.

  19. I think this is actually worse than them simply not caring Cman. Then thered still be hope that theyd get tired of the constant backlash & start giving crap.

No i think they care.Possibly even a great deal about winning. But they are incompetent beyond reason & very stubborn. Unfortunately there just doesnt appear to be any hope
