the Panthers shut down Cam Newton for the year. Kyle Allen has impressed them. Newton has 1 more year on his contract. That makes him perfect for a trade.

after the season send Jamal Adams to Carolina for Newton. Select an offensive tackle with the inevitable top 5 pick. trade Darnold for a 1st or 2nd and select another offensive tackle.

Book end tackles, Le'Veon Bell and Cam Newton, a big physical team... think about that. maybe the sun will come up

Answered the phone without clearing it with Adams first. He's lucky he got off with just an apology.

 

IDK doesn't seem like JD did anything wrong but sometimes apologizing when you are not wrong to appease a star player isn't a bad thing. I'm guessing it was something like "I'm sorry you got upset that I listened to offers for you"

 

This post gave me a vivid flashback to one of my bad relationships.

 

I'd still be open to moving him in the offseason for the right price.
