I'm waiting for that to happen. Hopefully sooner rather than later. (I can't believe I'm wishing for a locker room mutiny but here we are.)

I would agree with you IF Gace had a record of success in The NFL, but he doesn’t. The fact is if you have a prior record of success you get leeway, and you should. Gase has none. Fairly or not.

It isn't the best situation but leaving him in the hands of Gase is looking a lot worse right about now.

    Regressing fast.

Call me when you do that. I already protested outside Greek embassy back in 1999 Ready to protest Woody outside US Embassy now. Let the date firmed up and I will be there.

Gase was brought here to develop Sam Darnold and help him turn into a franchise QB. If Gase cannot do this, he must go.

    Z,

he had talent in Miami and still lost. What have you seen from AG that makes you think he can win? I mean his W-L record is 13-25 over the last few years. Comeon man your better then this.

It helps him because it's clear Gase's offense, with this group of players, doesn't work. Further, he shows no inclination to adapt or change. You improve Darnold's chances by stopping this spiral downwards, then you see who you can get to actually develop him and an NFL offense.

I disagree. That team in Miami did not have talent at all. They grossly overachieved under him

I'm not saying he's the greatest ever but I don't think he's that bad either.

What's he done to make you think he's not bad. Let's start there.

I already said previously that I don't think play calling is as bad as many think it is. I think the Miami team overachieved.

He's been in 2 loser franchises with front office dysfunction to the max..... Give the guy a chance

If only Gase had a perfect team of 53, or Peyton Manning at QB, he wouldn’t need to make any adjustments to his game plan!
    Poor guy

Everyone wants to constantly fire the coach with no plan in place

If we don't have talent, it doesn't matter who the coach is we won't win. Get talent first

No. First you hire a competent GM and HC - I'm still hopeful that Douglas is competent - and then you come up with a blueprint for the type of team you want, and from that you acquire the players who fit that blueprint.
