And the beauty of it is they can't even suck well.. the Cowboys win will come back to haunt this team on draft day as it picks one pick behind a HOFer gets taken.
and that’s also on the QB to have a hot read or communicate with the receiver on who will run a shorter route. Not heave it up for grabs and hope for a miracle.
The problem is, the owners are the owners. You can't mount any sort of movement about firing or getting rid of the owners. They own the team . You can't implore them to sell the team. You just have to live with it and hope they sell, for some unexpected reason.
Yeah I have to admit. I'm a little shell shocked right now. I was expecting them to give the Pats a run for their money and maybe even beat them to get something going for the year. This has just been an unmitigated disaster.
To be honest who really thought we would win this game? I didn't. I expected them to lose and then they will play crappy teams finish 9-7 or something like that. This team isn't ready to compete against the Pats yet. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
I wouldn't say give up on Sam yet. But don't crown him our franchise guy yet. His "seeing ghosts" comment and the fact that he's panicking even when he doesn't have a lot of pressure is concerning. Not that we need to pick up Tua or Hebert next year, but we need a quality backup who can nip at Sam's heels. Tonight was just a team effort in failure. They actually got WORSE in the 2nd half. Darnold is panicking and rushing terrible throws, as well as telegraphing everything. The offense is letting free rushers in on every play. The defense isn't getting any pressure on Brady and is giving up 3rd and longs as usual. And Gase isn't even adjusting to stop the extra rushers! The commentators have Belechick's balls on their chins as they're attributing this all to his genius, forgetting that every other team we've played (except the Cowboys for some reason) have done the EXACT SAME THING to us! The Browns aren't an elite defense. Neither are the Eagles. And yet, they both raped this offense! And it was the same deal: Unblocked rushers all day. Belechick isn't a genius for what he's doing to us tonight. It's an easy strategy: Rush one extra pass rusher on the Jets' line, and they won't even be blocked. They really need to start thinking about cleaning house by about week 10.
While Sam looks lost and a deer in the headlights. It really falls on the coaching on both sides of the ball.
Can we please stop with the clean house crap? You gonna clean house every year? Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
