Jets are riding high following a 6 point offensive outburst in a very hostile environment. Adam Gase needs to cover up a bit more on the sidelines because his genius is showing. It’s unfortunate that the refs allowed the eagles to steal the ball from Luke Falk without his consent. We have a lot of positives to take from the tough and perhaps controversial loss ( dang refs!) going into week 7. Quinnen Williams almost got a sack but instead got a pressure resulting in a 30 yard completion. Leonard Williams showed up on the stat sheet with an impressive hands to the face and who could forget Jamal Adams who jumped around and changed the culture once again. This week could be a preview of the super bowl if only the cowboys were good enough. In reality we are looking at what should be a fairly convincing home win for the Jets. Dak has proven to struggle against hidden production pass rushing attacks, Cooper will be put on trumaines private secured island and Zeke has never gotten a single yard against the jets so he won’t even be in the game plan. Cowboys fans coming to this game should check their expectations at the Verizon Gates. The cowboys don’t have much defensively to stop either Luke Falk or Sam Darnold. they can try to slow down the Gase tempo I suppose but eventually the 2nd and 18 run is going to gash them for a couple of yards. Feel free to share your thoughts on this game below. I’ll be there in my Mo Wilk NY Titans throwback!! Go jets
The Jets are getting 8.5 points at home. Usually, if a home dog is getting more than a TD, it's a pretty solid bet. But this is the Jets we're talking about and a house does not really make a home for this franchise. Look for the Boyz to dominate, because a loss to the lowly Jets could end up destroying the rest of their season. Always under the microscope, Dallas will have a very difficult time living this loss down. They'll become a bigger laughing stock than the Jets, if that is possible at this point.
I will be there sec 101. It will be so much fun sitting there with about 50,000 to 60,000 Cowboys fans.
Herndon was just given the go ahead. Darnold is confident he will be cleared today. Things are looking good right now
Dak is extremely good against bad teams. 38-13 Cowboys and one of Cooper or Gallup has a monstrous day. Lawrence and Quinn combine for at least 5 sacks. Gase calls 15 runs up the middle.
I was not so confident when we signed him but after the Bills game it was clear ... if Mosley plays we have a chance if not we're toast. Coming off a few losses the cowgirls will be ready to pounce ... 31 - 16 D
Props to OP for a quality post! I see you’re going for most optimistic Jets fan with your name as well!
watching the game last night I gotta say it was depressing seeing how a team can go from 4 wins a year ago to looking like super bowl contenders in just a few weeks ... their lines are light years ahead of ours. their schemes are creative and they move the ball with ease. they signed and traded for guys who can produce, and drafted well. they kept drafting ends we draft tackle after tackle not to mention their starting LT Skule who replaced the injured Joe Staley was a 6th rounder and he was playing lights out ! its amazing what a talented GM can do for a team in just one off season.
did a quick 49er draft review only of the 1st round and they are getting good contributions from 5 of the past 6 first rounders they have picked from 2014-2019. garnish that with the trades and free agents and u have a performance like last night. realize it may be their best game this year but it does look like they have turned the proverbial corner. something the jets can rarely claim and if they do the car blows a tire almost immediately. LOL
I know the focus is rightly going to be on Darnold's recovery but don't discount the importance of Mosely And of course Garropolo was out all season, which might help to explain the 4 wins.
