Can he play outside corner though? I thought he was more of a FS, and the Jets already have a decent young FS.
Dolphins complete the talent dump in the Tank for Tua, trading Minkah Fitzpatrick for a 2020 first round pick (a couple of other late round picks were involved from both teams as well). The Dolphins now have three first round picks next year, as well as $120 million in cap space, but they are building literally from nothing. Will "The Process" work in Miami? Meanwhile, you have to give the Steelers credit for not throwing in the season with Roethlisberger out, but if Rudolph turns out to be bad they will be very sorry about that potentially high first round pick they gave up.
Steelers gave up a potential top 5 - 7 pick for Minkah. They must think they can still compete with Rudolph
Or it means they think they'll get fired if that pick is top 5-7, so they don't care about the future.
Rudolph didn't look that bad when he came in. They might be okay, but I doubt they are competing for the division or anything like that. If the Jets traded a 2020 first for Fitz, I'd be livid.
The Jets should've traded for him. Or they could've signed Earl Thomas & Richard Sherman in the offseason to join Adams like I wanted. Eh water under the bridge now.
