I am the opinion that before U man love a football player they ought to have accomplished something on the field either then spending over 2 seasons on IR

Not surprise and sorry he was a great player when healthy which is the key word. If he is smart he will retire before its to late.
I think, Darnold need looking for studs wrs cuz we are suck our wrs. We need draft the wrs in the 1st round and sign agent for wrs in next year.
I'd like to take a WR in 1 of the first 2 rounds next year. Supposed to be the best class of WR's since 2014. Of course, we'll get another DL who is the BPA.

Actually, Josh Gordon was traded to the Patriots. The current management was not even around during that timeframe. As to the recent Antonio Brown signing - Even if they were interested in him (with all his baggage) to think that Antonio Brown would have signed with the Jets instead of a team like the Patriots is dubious at best. How were the Jets realistically supposed to acquire either of these two talents? Lament the fact that the Jets didn't beef up the wide receiver corps better all you want. However, to bring up Gordon and Brown as signs that the current Jet management is asleep is "misguided" in my book.
