Maybe my house will get totally demolished to finish off the job this time..... alot better alternative than "45% damage"
Direct hits on Georgia are pretty rare, but that picture makes you wonder if that could happen this time. Now the forecasted tracks are much better for the islands and the Bahamas, but bad for mid-Florida to North Carolina.
Hopefully it doesn't get up your way. If it comes at me and hits the house I just finished remodeling, it sure as shit better continue along that path and head over to take out the one I am trying to sell.
Latest guidance AINT looking good,,,,,if you live in Florida start taking precautions and getting ready = better safe than sorry. This storm as of now looks to miss land and stay over OPEN waters and gain strength---unless theres a shift it will miss PR/ I mean AT LEAST NOT A DIRECT HIT but still time for things to change
I think my house is right under that big H in the middle of Florida but it least it's not still a big M at that time
Was going to look at some quotes on a refi on my house in Jacksonville this week. Going wait till next week now.
so the gfs hates Daytona on north. the euro hates Miami, tampa and Pensacola also, fsu plays sunday in jville. something to watch particularly if they play and you want to put a ton on the under.
pressure dropping ,,eye developing and winds as of 8pm are 80 mph = buckle up people this could get ugly
You in Florida too? If so, God bless you both. No favorites. I love you(or hate you at times) equally. Lol.
4 days to go---> does Dorain hook North ? Some models say no others say yes-----> I am starting to think that the energy to the North of Dorian weakens and at some point it allows Dorian to turn and head North and not into the Gulf . looks like it could be a Cat 4 when it hits Florida and as of right now there is a large area in the bullseye / Thoughts ?
The storm is looking much better / more developed right now than it was last night. Models have this thing dragging ass and stalling while over Florida / NOT GOOD = thats a lot of rain and the storm surge and flooding could be REALLY BAD !
I've been trying to figure out what top wind speeds might drop to by the time it gets to me. Most of you are better than this than I am, I know it's still early but can anyone give me a guess for Lakeland, FL area?
Waterboy = still yet to be determined as the track is not written in stone a lot can happen its 4 days away and Dorian is going to gain strength from here on out
