You can fix the title, but the premise is dumb. Although I must say...Brady is in the best shape of his career!
No they have to give us back the 6th and 7th round picks our GM traded away and I want David God damn Putney!
There are not too many things that would cause me to stop rooting for the Jets. But one would be that ass-fuck Brady's fungus ridden feet stepping onto our field wearing Green and White!
Many of our former GMs probably would have done that. Everyone would speculate that he was going to pick up the top QB in the 2020 draft and let him learn behind Brady for a year. Of course, their 1st round pick would be spent on a defensive tackle who was "too good to pass up". The 1st round pick they got from the Patriots would probably used on a kicker. Brady would start the season looking like the Brady everyone knows, but by mid-season, it would be clear that age has finally caught up to him, and without Belechick, he'd be only an above average QB. The Jets would finish about 7-9 and Brady would retire. The Jets would make no attempt the next off season to pick up a QB; the best QB in the draft would somehow fall into their laps...and they'd go ahead and draft another defensive lineman because he was the "consensus best player in the draft" and "draws comparisons to Aaron Donald and JJ Watt." They'd finally pick up a QB in about the 5th round. They'd then sign some guys like Blake Bortles and Colt McCoy to fill the other slots. They'd then reason that the Jets are supposed to be a ground-and-pound offense anyway, and the QB position is nearly irrelevant when you have a running team and a kickass defense. They would then finish 4-12 again...and then draft a defensive lineman again with the 3rd overall pick. Meanwhile, Sam Darnold continues the Patriots' dynasty and brings them their 7th Lombardi trophy.
Says the guy who got dumped, trashed, locked, and banned. As to the thread I'd take a 90 year old Joe Namath in a wheelchair with a Jets blanket over his knees wondering what time it is over Tom Brady in any capacity. I'm not even sure why I answered the question. Maybe it's because I'm 90 years old in a wheelchair with a Jets blanket over my knees wondering what time it is.
