The guy definitely has a personality I am taking a wait and see approach on whether he can coach and win games as I don't believe he will. I hope I am wrong
This is why I'm surprised more HC's don't put in 2nd and 3rd string players in a regular season blowout (either way). It's rare for even a star QB to be pulled in the 4th qtr. HCs don't wanna start controversy, but seriously. If a team is up by 3 scores with 5 mins left, pull as many starters are possible. Saves on late game injuries and also gives backups a good chance at getting snapes.
I'm not quite sure why it's okay for twenty guys here to question a coach's decision but if a reporter, whose job it is to ask questions, does it out loud another twenty guys have a problem with that.
Actually we have very high-quality oil in our North Sea fields. Not vast amounts, but good stuff. I shouldn’t have said that, should I?
Kicker issue: didn’t remember this, at this point last year Myers was not on roster? This was said by Costello on Joe Benigno yesterday. When teams start making their cuts they will pick up somebody. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He was signed something like a week before the season started. And didnt have an impressive recent history
and you should've heard the reception he got at the JETS@jax game..... they may rename the "bronx cheer"
Last year was luck though. Myers was a bonafide NFL starter who lost a close kicking battle with the legendary Sebastian Janikowski. I don't believe there is a similar situation in the league now.
that would suck. you pay $100 for your seat, $50 to park, $12 each beer. and the team gives up some early TDs and then quits on the game. so you have to watch backups in the second half. Fuck that
There are too many player and coaching incentives on the line to bench players before the half. Perhaps in Q4 of a blowout, but not the half.
Nope, it was the Seahawks. Jacksonville cut him week 6 during the 2017 season after he missed 3 field goals vs the Rams. He lost out to Janikowski in Aug last year .
