I, for one, welcome the anxiety this kicker situation brings. Not sure I could handle a stress free preseason.
Go for 2 every time and go for it on 4th down every time inside the 35. We don't need no stinking kicker.
Because all it does is congest the front page. There’s way better information and more chat about the situation in that thread already, but if it’ll make you happy to have an extra thread about it then have at it.
I'm glad he missed early & often. I would hate to see the guy win the job then start missing during regular season. gives us time to check out another kicker. I wonder if the problem is the holder.
We should contact Seattle maybe its not to late to trade to get our kicker back. This orginization continues to be incompetent no matter who the coach or GM is..
Not alot....thats why when your kicker makes the Pro Bowl even if you think its not going to happen again you resign him.The position is to important in todays NFL...These idiot coaches and GMs really belive you can just sign anyone whos kicked a football and throw them into training camp. The price tag for Myers was a little high but I want stability at that position and I would have resigned him.Myers is 4/5 so far in one game ...with a 55 yard kick made.
Bailey hit 75% of his FGs the last 2 seasons, Matt Bryant hit 87.2% and 95.2%. Even if you only look at his outdoor games he hit 79% and 85.7%, compared to Bailey's 57.1% and 70.6% outdoors. Not sure why anyone wants Bailey
