he can kick and punt, that saves a roster spot. I wish we made that move

a 5th rounder is ludicrous.....the ONLY way i would maybe consider this is if i had at least two 5ths in the next draft. But really you should NEVER use a pick on a kicker/punter.

Unless you have a retarded coach that insists that a kicker kept you away from a championship.... and proceed to light a 2nd round pick on fire

Bailey hit 75% of his FGs the last 2 years, I would pass.

He made a name for himself oncd kicking within a dome in Atlanta. He's now 44 years old. And I don't think the brutal climate of the meadowlands would be an ideal situation for a 44 year old former dome kicker who's currently retired.

He was equally effectively in Road games, on grass and turf.
    92.5℅ accuracy last season

Bertolet wasn't even all that good a kicker at Texas A&M. According to wiki he lost his job in 2013 and 2014 to Josh Lambo (who has been a good NFL kicker the past two years)

No, he made a name for himself kicking game winning FGs indoors and out. And what does his age matter if he is still currently hitting the FGs? His FG pct. does drop outdoors but not by that much, his FG pct. outdoors over the last 5 seasons was higher than league average except for the 2017 season which could have been effected by a calf injury. A higher FG pct. that many much younger kickers. He also is not retired, just waiting on a call.

Bryant started his career with the Giants. He knows the conditions well.

Bertolet has looked good in camp. Maybe he won himself a kicking job? We will see how he does when the lights are on and everyone is watching before we make that call though

Maybe someone from TGG should learn to kick so we can have an insider on the team. Any volunteers?

I think FJF has a good leg, he's been kicking NC's ass up and down the Ramsay thread.

Unless Bertolet's actually legit now, I hope he misses multiple kicks tonight so we can cut him before he costs us a game that counts.
