I don't want to spend a third-round pick on a 31-year-old. If Mac was still here, sure, why not? The draft pick would've been garbage anyway. But Douglas might have a clue and it would be a shame to rob him of a high pick in that case.
3rd and send beechum back the get a left tackle.and a 3rd we get a really.good.left tackle to solidify the offensive line
They refered him to a specialist, he decided not to take their advice and didn't keep his appointment.
I may agree if you could translate it into English for me.... or really any other known terrestrial language
apparently going nowhere: https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/27377750/sources-redskins-not-listening-williams-offers
Skins are just driving up the cost. No way they let him just sit out and not get anything for him. Seen this play out before
Have no idea who to believe. Can he be so dumb that if he were referred to specialist and didnt go and then had an issue that he would want out and make a stink out of nothing? Have no idea but seems odd at best
It's a strange situation but he was demanding more money fullyguaranteed before the trainer issue and neither Williams or his camp has refuted the report. Then you have Donald Penn saying he met with Williams prior to signing as they are close friends, and that Williams gave him a good report about playing for them. Seems like his agent is trying to spin it that it's not about the money but at the end of the day, it's usually about the money.
What new GM (first time GM no less) wants to deal away picks he hasn't had the chance to make yet? I don't see it. At least in the first half of the draft.
