I really hope it’s nothing serious for Crowder. You can tell him and Sam had instant chemistry. Only us...
There's so much turnover with kickers that Catanzaro could have waited for an opening to compete for a job with a warm weather or dome team. Imo it would make more sense than coming to a place he doesn't want to be because a second straight bad season will put his career in jeopardy. Plus if the Jets have any sense they're going to being in competition anyway. Especially now. I agree that should be a priority.
I think spellcheck ate your post. But thanks for the clarification. I had no idea what you were trying to say in the original.
At the few camps that I've been to, the fans I met there seemed to know shockingly little about the team. I mean, I didn't walk around and poll the crowd on their knowledge or anything, but you'd think your chances of running into a football junkie would be higher at TC.
I’m not too worried about Crowder’s injury. It wasn’t the same ankle as last year but that’s besides the point. All 5 of our current RBs right now are threats out of the backfield, especially Bell, Montgomery, and Powell. LBs are going to have a very hard time if we have two of them on the field at the same time.
I hope Cannon can emerge as a returner, otherwise he could easily be the odd man out especially with the new regime. He's Maccagnan's project not Joe Douglass'
I think we're going to see one of Cannon or Dortch as our return man this year. Looking back at our ST unit last year, almost all of Robert's returns were sprung because of excellent blocking and scheme, not so much Roberts being a beast.
