The issue isn't how many times Williams got close to a quarterback. It's- a) Has he played up to his draft slot b) Is he worth the $14 million he's about to make That's 7.5% of our cap space. I think he's a good player...and I'm hopeful that Greg Williams (no relation) can get more production out of him. If that's sacks, hits, hurries or tackles....I don't give a shit. As it stands, for me, he hasn't shown much for an early 1st round pick. But he sure has a great smile!

The only thing I can recall reading so far is Leonard Williams calling Gase & Gregg Williams "crazy" during minicamp. Totally worthless. For $14.2 million I expect more. Right?
