yup, a great line. Parcells took over a team that was trash for decades. It took him 1 season to build that nasty O-line and the Jets were good for years

 

I watched this game from my new hot tub in the back yard.
Neighbors weren't too happy with my yelling at 1am. Wife came outside and made me shut it down!

I was there in the Meadowlands in a seat in the end zone where Jumbo made the catch screaming my head off! What a crazy game!

 

Great! I wasn't there but felt like I was. Still can't believe Jumbo caught that pass. He left his thick lineman gloves on so as not to tip off the defense.

 

I think the story was it was a Chinese buffet and it was all the lobsters you could eat. The problem was he ate about a dozen of them....HAHAHAHAHAHA

 

I wanted to say it was 3rd and goal but upon a closer look at the upper left it was 2nd and goal .......

Yes I do recall Parcells really rebuilding the OL quickly and very efficiently.

Well it took Hess spending some money. We signed Jumbo Elliott from the Giants and then the next year Mawae who was already outstanding as both guard and C as a Seahawk. Then Fabini was drafted and the line looked a heck of a lot more formidable
