    It mostly happened my idiot phone that I'm not on all that often, but now I noticed it's happening on my laptop, too. All I see is a picture symbol thingy next to IMG (in brackets). It doesn't matter if I post an image or if someone else does. I first noticed it in my signature, so I thought maybe it was the image hosting site that I use; but that seems to be functional. Now I see it all over the site.

    If, for example, I'm posting something that includes an image/photo, I'll see it in the post before I hit submit. Once it's posted, I get that picture symbol thingy next to IMG (in brackets), and as I mentioned, I can't anyone else's images/pics, either. I can see avatars and videos, though.

    Any idea what's going on or is it just me? Probably just me. o_O It's been going on for well over a week. Thanks.

    EDIT & P.S.: I also sometimes get an image symbol thingy with a red X through it.

    was just going to post this, when I start a new post I can add an image and I see it in the preview window, but after I post it just shows up as a broken link. And other people's posts are also showing up as a broken link

    Example:

    [IMG]

    looking at the code, this is what is being generated:

    <img src="proxy.php?image=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FCXEuLHS.jpg&amp;hash=296c132f5a47eb607d10bd804967d303" class="bbCodeImage LbImage" alt="[&#8203;IMG]" data-url="https://i.imgur.com/CXEuLHS.jpg" style="">

    For some reason the forum is now trying to route the link through proxy.php but the script isn't handling the request properly. That's the problem but then I gotta ask why are you guys routing through a script, it would appear you're now tracking every image people post on the forum for some reason

    @GordonGecko, your example is the EXACT thing I'm talking about (that IMG thingy thing), and yeah, I can also see the images before I hit submit, but then it's game over. The rest of what you said is waaayyyyyyy too technical for the most technologically inept dope ever born (me), but I'm glad I'm not the only one who's experiencing this. Maybe there's a bug and the site is being data mined up the butt? Ewww. @Petrozza.

    Thanks much. In layman's terms (please), what was causing it?
