You can quite easily find a Jonothan Harrison upgrade that's for sure. Or get a corner who can ALSO play ST's.

the NFL is a league riddled with injuries every year. Our neglect of the C position is unforgivable especially after what we saw last year. We needed to overpay or overdraft a quality starter and find a reliable backup just in case. We were spoiled beyond belief by Mangold & Mawae. Took this for granted

If he fires them back like a FG it will at least give Sam an extra 15 yards before the onslaught of blitzers, hope his deep ball has improved lol

Where do they go in the 6th? Boyd and Harmon are still there.

    Well, we got a CB.

That played 1 game in 2018? A cheap Dee Milliner?

I knew this would happen. Players we really could have taken a real chance on were available. FFS.

And they draft a 6’1 corner with 4.7 speed who missed 19 games over the last 2 years. I’m now officially on the fire Mac train.

    Pre-Draft Analysis
Austin is a tall corner with above-average length. He plays faster on tape and he may need more time to recover from consecutive season-ending knee injuries, but he did not run well at his pro day. He has above-average change of direction and short area man-to-man cover skills on tape. He's got the tools to develop into an effective press corner. He's got big hands and he flashes above-average ball skills.

Above average short area man to man #BUT# one of his weaknesses is he allows early separation. Sounds to me like someone screwed up the analysis. So you basically use him in goal line D as an extra DB but he can't cover man between the 20's... great pick Mac !! lol
