4th- Gotta get C/G- Jordan. I realize he is a natural G, but he can play C for this coming season, then we can move him to G in place of either existing G for 2020 and get a standard C for 2020 going forward. He is the best option for multi positional talent. 6th- who cares.. I'm pissed and I don't get pissed often, for trading away a 7th rd pick to move up 1 spot for an OT that won't play this season. No way he comes close to Beachum or Shell this summer. He can be a T for 2020 and beyond. This team NEEDED to acquire MORE picks in the draft and our "aces" managed to come away with less. Utterly moronic. On a sidenote... Is is POSSIBLE the team is considering Compton at Center. It's my understanding that he hasn't played C, but he is a slightly more talented interior lineman than Harrison. Harrison is serviceable on the team as a C/G combo, but PERHAPS Compton would be an upgrade over him at C????
I'm really hoping for Jordan. This kid has a hell of a lot of potential and I'd feel great about going into the 2019 season having gotten our C. I really feel like we could be a good C away.
I’m really pretty torn. I agree on center. Cb or wr is our move i think. Either would be perfectly fine.
we have had good luck with WR and DB in the 4th round minus the Idzik draft so there is hope ... think we wait until next year for a true center anyway who are we kidding we all know the guy who will be drafted is CORBIN KAUFUSI
Hakeem, Harmon, Ridley are all ridiculous value here. Draft one of them and this has been a hell of a draft.
That’s a good list. Would be happy with any of them. Maybe even Love as well. Hopefully a high character guy whoever it is.
I'd take Butler if he's there. He had a drops problem, but a guy his size putting up the type of production he did last season and still being unpolished is a good risk to take IMO.
I agree with taking Butler if available. I wouldn't be opposed to Harnon either though. Posted back to back 1000 yard seasons with NC State and has a big frame for the red zone.
