I thought the leak was legit, not too hyped or mad about the unis. On the other hand, that whole event was possibly the most awkward thing I’ve ever seen. JB Smoove was fucking terrible. So much forced NY pretense. The DJ sucked. The whole thing had an air of when your 19 and you try to throw a party for the first time and you don’t know how to just let things flow. They should have realized that people didn’t come for a show or party, they came for the uniforms. Too much call/response bullshit trying hype an impatient crowd.
Eh ... hate the color, and how on earth can you NOT incorporate some kind of Jet into the new logo?? Spelling the word JETS is the best these design geniuses at Nike could come up with? Incredible to me. I'd put the entire look well below middle. I'd say we now have one of the four or five worst uniforms in the league. Very disappointing.
The new gear will sell fine. It’s not to everyone’s liking but winning changes all things. Win, and the merch will fly off the shelves. Personally, I’m kinda meh on them. I might buy a white Adams jersey but I picked up a Darnold last season so I’m in no rush.
I think the uniforms will look much better in the light of day. They made a mistake showing them in poor lighting. I have seen pictures that are in good light and the green colors are brighter than they looked on the stage.
At a college homecoming there are usually a ton of drunk fans ready to cheer and be obnoxiously loud... It’s honestly sad when our team president Neil Glat had more stage presence then the MC who is a professional comedian.
Oh, a guy with GQ in his name and brags about 700 dollars and says poverty when referring to others, obviously worships money. I honestly didn't expect anything. I'm a sports history uniform buff. I knew they'd disappoint. The Jets arent' going to do much for a few years. I did think they'd go mondo futuristic ugly. That's my only disappointment lol

The colors look much better in good light rather than a dark stage. I like the new uniforms I was worried they would over due some of the changes, but did just enough to accent the uniforms. I like the green helmet. The helmet logo could have been better , but they chose to hold on to the past a bit with the JETS & the little football. I can live with it. All & all I am pleased.
