Rest assured, this is branding. The worse the uniform, the less chance of any SB while wearing it. Jags got as far as conf championship but they did lose.
Maybe, but I'd be surprised if they chose to use a picture of Darnold with a giant scab on his arm. I know it's the Jets and all, but almost all teams' art departments would clean that up with a little shopping.
Weird scenario to imagine. Who exactly is telling them to lie? And what if the players refuse? I'd be like, I'm not lying. What are you gonna do, fine me for not lying?
I can totally see them being like "well the photoshoot was done in December when the NFL 100 year logo wasn't out yet. It's been added to the uniform, so..technically...we weren't lying"
I mean, I'm pretty sure that's photoshopped all around - why use a picture that I'm almost certain is from a game rather than bring YOUR guy into YOUR offices and do a real PHOTOSHOOT? Again, anything is possible because it's the Jets, but given how much drama they've created around this I'd wager heavily on them being excessively polished and theatrical rather than excessively simple.
tbh I'm just not a fan of the stripes. It reminds me too much of the chargers but it's totally out of place.
I'm also fairly sure the little stripe they have been featuring in promos (such as the slash "/" in the "4/4" promo) is a hint at the stripes, further confirming the leaked units.
The "Take flight" slash is already known to be official and has been featured in the promos. Too much resemblance to the stripes to not be real.
Different expression on his face entirely. I don't know much about photoshop, but I don't think you can alter their face lol
Did anyone else read that there would be a color called limelight? Was trying to find it again to check the source, but can't find it. May have just imagined that.
