Those are hideous and better not be even close to the Jets' new unis. Black is not one of the Jets' colors. Black as an accent color is one thing, but not being the major color.
I get that you might not like it, but what about that design is hideous? It isn’t “busy”, the patterns used are fairly simple, the logo is an updated version of the 80s logo. Again, I can understand you not liking it, but to call it hideous just seems exaggerated.
The colors...basically all black with some neon green accents. Our team colors aren't black, and they aren't neon green. I could live with perhaps a little black around the numbers, but not as the primary color. The two colors look hideous together imo. I hate the logo. I don't like the double stripe on the legs and the neon green arm bands.
Yeah don’t even worry about it. I think he took all the bits and pieces of ideas and from the “sources” floating around and created his own image kinda like a painting . I can agree with the numbers since apparently they will be “ squarish “. There’s not gonna be any neon that is an Oregon thing. The only thing one of the sources said regarding Oregon was the square numbers not the neon itself. The black is an alternate uniform if there is any black in the regular uniforms it will not be the primary color - I’m guessing more like the 1990-97 appearance of black - very little. I think most of us will like the new uniforms .
Colors and layout I can deal with, but that might be the most hideous logo I've ever seen. Looks like a fat whale climbed ontop of a bastardized version of the 80's logo and is too lazy to get off.
I like the colors and layout. Logo is meh....logo is boring but at least it's not terrible. I don't particularly like the preservation of the oval. Either way, the uniform looks really clean.
If the reports are true, black would technically be primary if it’s featured on the alternate jersey. I hope black isn’t incorporated in the green and white iterations but if it is, I hope it’s marginallly used.
So now we are going to debate a picture of a fake uniform so we can practice bitching before the real one comes out. Are u people kidding me. And the Jets are not changing uniforms to replace a winning team. They just spent 120 million dollars on guarenteed money in free agency. There trying to build a winning team first and upgrade the look of the team. See you can do 2 things at once
