Ummmm.... Did you not see his last game as a Steeler? He was the BEST PLAYER ON THE FIELD. And now still only (JUST) turned 27.

He has not forgotten how to dominate football games because of one season off. If anything he'll be refreshed and rejuvinated.

I was one of those guys who was hesitant to sign Bell, and I was wrong. He is gonna be a great Jet and its going to be great watching these guys be competitive again. Cant wait!

I was as well. I never doubted his abilities on the field, was just worried about his injury history and possible Diva attitude. I love what I have seen from him so far. I'm excited that we have him and am rooting for him to stay healthy and have a huge season.

True, but we'll get some idea from OTAs, TC and preseason. Unless he's really rusty or gets nicked up, I expect him to play very well.

I think we all hope he dominates, but seeing will be believing for me. No blind faith with the New York Jets.

That is totally understandable. If something can go awry with the Jets, it will (Anthony Barr).

Robie is tendered. Free to negotiate.
Need a back up QB, still need another safety, Tru was the only CB on the roster. One CB = holes !!!!
    2 WRs = holes
    1 TE= holes
I Know your not that fucking dense...

yes but a tender works the same as a franchise tag he is still under contract with the jets. we can make the case that it's possible he leaves but i mean if you wanted to go that route you can say anyone under contract can be traded. we have to look at the realistic part of it and that is robbie is under contract here for 2019 at a cheap salary and likely won't be "stolen" franchise tagged players are free to negotiate as well. but it's also still a contract they are under.

for CB yes we had holes at CB2, and CB3 as i stated, but CB3 could be a mirage. we don't know how nikcerson is coming along. maybe the coaching staff has more faith in him then we do. I would say they don't now with the addition of poole but it was worth nothing that sometimes the coaching staff knows more then we do about a young player.

of course we had holes, but you said we had like 25 of them. i mean if you were exaggerating for effect that fine i'm not looking to split hairs here, just saying that is the point of the offseason you go in with holes, money and picks and use the money and picks to fill holes. we are a rebuilding team, now in year 3 of a rebuild

Chances are after a year off and an inferior supporting cast he'll play worse than he did in Pittsburgh. How much worse is the question.

It's nice when a media clown sucks the Jets dick for once but that's what Cowherd has been doing since we drafted Darnold. It started when Cowherd trashed Mayfield when Mayfield was in Oklahoma to get his ratings up and has been happening ever since. Everything associated with Darnold is good and everything with Mayfield is bad.

I can't imagine why the year off would negatively affect him. He'l have a full camp. No worries.

Chances are -- because of the inferior supporting cast -- that Belll will look less effective. But that's not the same as "playing worse." There's no reason at all why he should play worse.

Yep, Cowherd is a piece of garbage and nothing he says matters, even when he's positive about the Jets.

    I hope he gets syphilis.

He's 100% accurate, and that's saying a lot because I hate that idiot lol

What the Jets are doing is EXACTLY what the Rams did and is EXACTLY what is needed to make Sam Darnold take that next step.
