I see. So Coleman can't run behind anything less than a o line with 5 pro bowlers and is the worst RB in the league in YAC because Bell is an MVP?
Nice yardage. Must have had quit a few carries at 4 ypc. 325?
I'd like to sign Bell, he was given his best offer by the Jets. If he turns it down, fuck him. You move on..
    It's pretty simple.

So heartbroken due to Paradis, I now fear we will give this guy 20 mil a year and then I will probably look for a bridge to kill myself.

I can't believe this far into it, nobody realized the 5 OL comment was intentional embellishment.

Paradis hurts. Not much available on the FA market and there are no stand out centers in the draft. Going to be another year with a shit 3rd rate center. Great for Sam's deveoped...

But your Turkish soccer team missing the playoffs is what makes you stop watching?

Face it, Jets fans enjoy misery far too much to commit suicide.

Being a Jets fan is far more difficult than any other fandom I have. Not kidding.

We will have absolutely failed if we don't land him. No excuse whatsoever if this is the case.

FUCK all these know-nothings throwing shit at the wall, hoping something sticks so they get more "followers" and a little boner.

I've said it before, Twitter may be the stupidest thing to happen to modern man

How many big free agents do the Pats sign? Not many unless they are home grown.
Think it means Jets offered more but our deadline passed or he rejected the offer.

Well.......I'm not sure why Breer feels the price is " dropping "......there could be one or two unnamed teams involved. And what's not to say Bell never really wanted to go to NY and is waiting for a bigger offer from a different team ? I doubt there's a bigger deal on the table from a team not named the Jets.........

I’m not the biggest bell fan but he is a passing game weapon and a proven 3 down back. If his price is low like they say then we have the money to go a little higher. Sam needs weapons

I have no idea what to believe, I thought the Jets were probably offering around 13-14 mil a year minimum already.

What's the stupidest ? Twitter itself or a person making a " tweet "? LOL. Modernization has turned everybody into followers and little birdies singing songs and talking about every single little thing every ten seconds. Like I need to know another's thought process down to the minute....LOL

Not sure if it’s that relevant but a while back tmz interviewed bell and he said the only way he’d join the jets is if they paid him $100 million

Reminder: this guy tweeted that 60 mill wouldn't be enough to run with the Jets, and we want him why again?

Wasn't one of our only recent successes supposedly improving locker room chemistry by getting rid of some of our best players who didn't place nice with their teammates; and who btw were a lot cheaper

I know some people like him a lot, but I will not shed a tear if he goes elsewhere. I'd rather have someone who wants to be here and make a name for himself

    Build from the inside out

Bell just doesn't want to embarrass himself by accepting a deal lower than the one Pittsburgh offered last year. Looks like the offers are coming in way lower than he expected.

I'd sign Bell to a 2 year deal with $10M or less upfront and maybe $14M in the second year with both sides having an option to walk away. He'd never take it but that's the one that makes sense for the Jets. If everybody lowballs him he might go for a 1 year deal that left him free again in 2020.
