good that fowler isnt coming here. rather have the coin invested in guys like barr and/or mosely, if at all possible. geez give us one of those players and add allen or bosa in the draft and you have just transformed your front seven into a very, very formidable unit.

Blessing in disguise. I would've been ok with him after we spoke to Humphries, Beasley, and Crowder. Hopefully we can add one of these three. I think they'd help our offense. None of them will be a difference maker but I think a nice addition. Amendola would've helped but at his age and production it is not a big loss.
Rumors are flying and some are true and some you have to weed through. Some that are intersting so far: 1. Bell to the Raiders. For whatever reason I think this is true. I think he ends up there. Maybe takes less this year with a bunch guarenteed next year for the tax bracket in Vegas. I think if or when he signs with the Raiders the Jets will sign Tevin Coleman. I think that was out play from the beginning. Dip our feet with Bell make an offer but sign Coleman. 2. Tannehill to the Jaguars: Maybe it's to compete with Foles for the job or as a backup. Could just be a rumor that is not true but some thought he might sign with us to be a back up. I don't know about this one. Figured he'd go somewhere where he'd be a back up with a chance to start due to injury prone starter or uncertainty. He'd be nice insurance in Carolina or somewhere else looking for insurance at the qb position.
Imagine we get Justin Houston and draft Josh Allen? There wouldn't be a better mentor in this league IMO. Houston himself, a very versatile pass rusher
Jets are reported to be interested in Kwon Alexander. I've heard this before. If we sign him wonder what we'd do with Lee. Can't imagine getting more than a 6th for him if we are lucky. I'd assume we'd cut him. Definitely will be interesting to see how that plays out. I like Alexander. Coming off an ACL injury. That scares me a little. He is only 24.
Here’s the Alexander part, which I’m kinda ok with. Not for that money though. No way, at least not until he can return to form for a year. Also the Humphries interest.
As rumors are flying and other info I'm reconsidering my top 5 free agents: 1. Tevin Coleman 2. Adam Humphries 3. Matt Paradis/Mitch Morse 4. Preston Smith or Zadarius Smith 5. CB (not sure of who but somebody). This is no particular order just rumors I'm hearing.
Humphries is a no brainer & strongly prefer him to Amendola. Alexandr is also a damn good player when healthy.Curious if theyd move Lee or make it work somehow given that williams wants to get quicker/faster
