So this morning I was watching Fox 5 news they had a segment on a NFL player doing a life after football training course.

The NFL player was none other than our very own Quincy Enunwa. What a smile.

As I watched the segment a logical question popped into my head.

Why on earth is a player that signed a extension a couple of months back thinking about life after football?

It's just one of those things that's strange. It couldn't have been a segment on what Enunwa is doing to ensure he doesn't get injured again, stays healthy, improves? It had to be that?

So you’re saying a player in the nfl isn’t allowed to think about his life after football? Why? If your career had a shelf life of 8 years you wouldn’t be thinking about what you’ll do after?

I understand why they do it. It's not the first time I've heard about something like that.

It"s just that why is a player that literally just signed a multimillion dollars extension so concerned about his life after football? It's strange.

His focus should be on how to stay healthy, improving. JMO

    All I'm saying.

So he can’t focus on staying healthy and do other things?
Or you can’t understand he is doing both because they only did a story in the life after football thing?

Why after just signing a contract extension?

There's nothing wrong with it it's just one of those things that makes me go hmmm. Strange.

Probably him because he is an engaging person , probably now because it is the offseason and the time of year players dabble in their interests outside of football. It’s not strange and it doesn’t make anyone go hmmm that at least has an iota of common sense and intelligence.

    LOL oookay.

So there's nothing at all strange about a often injured player the Jets just re-signed to a multimillions dollars extension doing a life after football segment on Fox 5 news.

    Got it.

Silly me what was I thinking?

Oh so what you are saying is football players shouldn't care about their post careers while they are playing football.

This post is about as dumb as your hidden production comment.

    Holy fuck.

Why do you constantly dump on Jet players?

I trust the irony of this post is not lost on you.

That is not a logical question. It actually shows you lack logic. He suffered a serious neck injury in 2017. He would be crazy not to be looking into what he will be doing with his life after football. In fact, all players should. The average NFL career in not that long, and in one play it could be over.

He’s doing what any of us, with a lick of sense, would do if we came into a large amount of money. He’s looking into how to properly invest it so he has a nice nest egg for when he gets older. Nothing more. I give him credit for preparing for the future.
