    So we are down to:

    Ansah
    Fowler
    Flowers

Basically, we need to hope Allen drops to 3.

He was never going to be available. I guess that's why I've been so confused as to why people have been acting like we can't sign the best pass rushers available and still sign Bell. The best pass rushers available won't be top-tier guys that demand top-tier money.

I’d throw him a deal short on years and incentive laden.

Anyone who thought Lawrence was going to hit the open market is delusional.

Over paying for Houston, who's productivity has been on the decline, who be stupidity.

IMO, either Bosa or Allen will fall to the Jets.

As opposed to handing a blank check to a 27 year old RB who just sat out a season and who has a ton of touches and who wants DE/#!WR money for a position that is not valued in the NFL? Bell is simply not worth the money he wants or will be paid. He is this season's Kirk Cousins. With what happened to top RBs this season - Gurley, Hunt, Fournette, Gordon, Ajayi, Johnson, Freeman, McKinnon , plus seeing how ineffective David Johnson was on an poor offensive team, plus seeing how effective Connor replaced Bell in Pitt - all signs indicate it is not worth paying a RB big money at all. Pass. Please pass. Take a younger Coleman for 1/5th the price and no locker room headaches.

Stopped reading there. Awful comparison. Cousins was never the best player at his position at any point in his career or top 3 at his position the day free agency opened.

I’m good with either. Though if it’s Bosa and Allen available, I’d take Bosa.

Sounds like the Jets talked to Bosa about playing with his hand in the dirt. He’s refined his slap technique which is usually a next level skill.

Allen, being an NJ guy, would be great to have come home and destroy QBs for years.

After the combine it seems the physical tools go slightly to Allen and technique goes to Bosa.

I had slim hope that Lawrence would shake free, but wasn't banking on it.

As far as Bell is conce
I'm fine with either, Allen's potential (Ceiling) could be higher. It looks we will have to address edge with our #3 pick. Trades are difficult to predict, it would have to be an excellent package of picks, to move down. I would want at least a 2nd rounder and more this year and next year's 1st rounder to move down more than into the high single digits or early teens. Right now I'm against trading out. let's see how things progress in the next 7 weeks.

Sadly, I don’t think we get him.
