A couple of inches of slushy stuff in central/south Nassau, less on the streets and sidewalks. Another dud. Just a few more weeks, and this can go down as the best winter weather-wise in years.

Gecko , Queens was a weird area seems depending on where you were located they got anywhere from 2 to 7 inches if reports are accurate

Throwing this out here--it would not take much on Sat nite/ Sunday for us to get a nuisance snow----as its on the models . BTW next week it gets warm BUT if you are to trust the long range guidance it could get interesting around March 20th as crazy as that sounds. Last year we had a storm on the 21st of March so it can happen. Sorry guys I am NOT wishing for this just telling you ITS THERE
