Nice! So one month until the official release, which means any day now until a leak of the actual logo and jersey comes out. We talked about this for the past couple months, but I guess when Free Agents sign and do their pressers, they will have the old Jets logo and helmet. Odd choice, but That's Jets Football!
At this point I wouldn't be opposed to matte but the top of the helmet looks like it's got a glint to it--looks like the lighting is reflecting off of it.

Interesting story - lemons are much, much better at staving off the effects of scurvy than limes. But limes were cheaper, so the Royal Navy gave their sailors lime juice instead of lemon juice. It didn't do anywhere near as good a job at protecting the sailors' health, but it saved the navy a few shillings. If the Royal Navy weren't such skinflints, we'd be 'lemonies'.
