I like the news that the Jets don't want to give Fowler 4 years.

 

I have this bad feeling that mac is gonna overpay for fowler. Seems like hes had a man crush on him since he was a prospect

Non Jets FA news that affects us pretty badly. Foles to the Jags. They were our best bet at a trade down and now they’re out of the market.

 

Rumors are also swirling that Rosen could be traded to Washington.

 

I’ve heard Rosen to Arizona in exchange for the first overall pick. Great for both sides.

Mac typically fills all of our needs in free agency. Whether he gets great players or not can be argued, but if we need a position, he typically fills it. So then we go into the draft and take the best player available (at least in round 1). I would not be surprised if we signed two edge guys and still drafted one at the top. I also wouldn't be surprised if we signed 2 OL and after a trade down took another OL. Basically, whoever we target, won't really change who we draft.
