well I guess its a good thing that I lost my dish and TV reception as they looked bad in the 1st period and in the 2nd period all went out due to ICE here,,,,I saw they tied it 2 - 2 early in the 3rd but thats as close as we got. I will say it again we need offense and we need someone or two who can win face-offs as I believe 2 of the flame goals were the direct results of face-off losses---make it happen Lou 4 days left !
Terrible loss. Had a few good opportunities to extend the 3-2 lead and Beau should have won it in OT.

Last week I didn’t think we’d make a blockbuster trade but now I think we do. We have enough young, controllable assets, beyond our blue chip guys, that could make an appealing package to Ottawa for Stone or Duchesne.
Blue, I really think , depending on how things shake out that we are looking at either multiple bodies in one trade or several trades. Many tweets out there that the Islanders are " involved " in many talks and LL did not make this road trip = something will happen

Blue don't be----IMO they paid ALOT and if the price for Stone is similar and I think it will be = I pass. Start setting your sites on 2nd tier guys that won't cost an arm and a leg = Johansen, Hoffman, Kovalchuk, Dziengal, Simmonds and others as Lou is not going to give up a lot again IMO . We are playing with house money no one thought we would be in this position right now but as we watch other teams in the division and possible first round opponents improve Lou will have to make a few deals to get us better again IMO. In Lou I trust !!!!
I don't know anything about the Columbus prospects, but I would have traded a 1st, Ho-Sang and Beau for Duchene, and another 1st if he resigned.
I don't know much about them either besides what I have read maybe someone else can chime in and knows better but everything I have read says that Abramov was a top prospect for Columbus but I know nada about him
