i am a believer in the "where there is smoke, there is fire" so whether one believes the above written is even partly true - its a perfect example of the dysfunction, snap decisions, and grade school level reasoning that can occur within any administration, regardless of the industry. what might be more sad is that true fans hang on every word from these glorified decision makers and pour hard earned dollars into tickets and merchandise.
I'm not talking about his looks. I don't care what he looks like. I care that he's never coached a good offense, never developed a QB, was the worst OC in the league the year he got to call plays, and is seen as completely useless by four different fanbases. And he had a man crush on Manziel. Are all these things relevant to what he'll be doing here? No. But until he shows otherwise, he's going to get ridiculed as a coach and deservedly so.
We really shouldn’t worry to much about Dowell. He’s Gases bud and as has been stated he’s reall just a substitute teacher to make sure the kids are following the game plan in practice. Dowell Loggains is not an integral part of the coaching staff.
The one positive to Loggains is it's not his offensive scheme, so if we are successful and Logains moves on, we will still keep the same system on offense. The Browns hired Monken which is great move for this year, but he will be a sure fire candidate for HC job next year. Then offense will have to learn a new system again. Don't get me wrong, Monken was who I wanted for OC, but he never would have accepted OC job with Gase's system & play calling.
Sit your ass down. I don’t know if you were a fan way back when but we used to have this total dick OC named Brian Schottenheimer. Awful. Sucked moose cock. Fanbase HATED him. We didn’t win a SB and that dude is STILL getting hired as an OC. Over and over and over again. He may never be an HC but he’ll be an OC for the next 20 years.
