    Damned. I got more no shit insight into Williams defensive approach in one sentence from his speech than after 4 years of jumbo jumbo from KR and TB....and I love it. Get Gregg already and move on.

    I doubt theyd be adding defensive position coaches w.o having a good idea who the DC was gonna be.

    will be interesting to see how all the square jets fans who complain about any and all things players ever do wrong feel about this.

    i think hes great and hope he reinstitutes the bounty program.

    fans on this board have been terribly square and conservative about the way that everyone carries themselves on and off the field and freaks out about anyone who gets any kind of suspension. but everyone is happy about the guy who got suspended from the nfl for a year.

    He paid his debts. He’s been nothing but a fiery, loud, good DC since that incident and I think most Jet fans see that.

    I was thinking, maybe Gregg can revive Trumaine Johnson as well. [He did well in St. Louis under Gregg's guidance after all.]

    I think any coach who can put their players in the right scheme can help. Bowles had Tru playing off man for the entire season when his strength was to press and get his hands all over you

    Bowles had Revis playing 10 full yards off in coverage all season long. Revis retired after that shit.

    I would have liked him as your new HC, but being a DC is ok still. The Jets will have someone who knows what they are doing.
