I wanted to see it more before I watched the Chargers play not to lose against Baltimore. Nearly lost a game they should've won 55-10, 42-7 something like that. I'm kinda dreading this game now. I have a feeling the Chargers are gonna get a big, early lead then instead of burying the Patriots they'll do what they did against Baltimore. The Patriots and the refs will not let them off the hook if they do that.
Play not to lose is a disease that affects all NFL teams. This is the reason, for example, the Patriots lost against the Dolphins this season. You will see defenses all of a sudden play Prevent and allow big plays. You will see offenses decide to run even when the defense has more than 8 or more on the box. I think Gronk will not have a great game because the Chargers have done a great job on Tight Ends all season. Besides Gronk has not been so good this year. So the Key for the Patriots will be their running backs on offense. I can see Brady being easily in distress this game. The Pats offensive line will be tested. On defense, the Pats front 7 better stop the run or it will be a long day. If the defense can feed on the crowd noise, they might make a difference this game.
If there was any point that Mets could have drafted Patrick Mahomes, they absolutely should have. He would be a superstar shortstop, no question about it.
Because they don't cheat? Let's call a spade a spade here. There as so many in the media that lick the Cheats balls. The rare few who don't obviously don't care about staying on Belifraud's Christmas list. Boomer Esiason, love him or hate him, is the only analyst in the way back machine whoever actually had the guts to use the word CHEATING. "C'mon, they cheat." Everyone else in the room looked at the ceiling and whistled, stared at their shoes, and couldn't wait until commercial. He refused to retract it and didn't. Go, Norman! If I've said it once, I've said it 20 times. You will never get any sympathy or agreement on this issue here. You're on your own island with one coconut tree and no canoe.
I agree soxx. I hope cheats lose today so we can all enjoy football rest of the playoffs. I hope Chargers don't F this up.

Chargers couldn't stop them on third down. I didn't agree with that pass interference, looked like gronk was the one who interfered after the first five yards.
