Can't understand why anybody would get so worked up over the uniforms. I'm all for anything they do. I'm 45 years old and have been a fan of this team since my dad stuck me in front of the TV when I was most likely an infant. There is literally one year about this teams history that screams success. Parcells tried to go back to that only portion of winning history in the franchise in '98. It's been 20 years and there has been no success ever since. May as well start fresh. Who cares what the colors are? Let's start fresh with whatever.
I don't know which thing I'm the most worried about... The Hire or The New Uniform. Both things have the potential to go sideways on a rocket if they fuck it up. Not saying that Jet HQ aren't up to the task, its just that they're not working from a very successful template and basically are trying their best to get shit right. Perhaps because there's not a true football guru in the bldg.
To each his own. I lived through the 80's, and like most things in that decade ... music, fashion, hair styles, AIDS hysteria ... the Jets uniforms were the worst in my lifetime. I'd be against anything that resembles what they wore back then.
This would actually be pretty good. Won't happen, though, since we know Jets management wouldn't know a good thing if it were literally standing right in front of them.
I don’t hate that at all. Unless there’s a mono green version. Pant striping is kinda cheesy but not as bad as say the Brown’s. I’m gonna be sick if black is in the mix. Black is the only other color they’ve ever used besides green and white. Anyone really need to be reminded of Bruce Coslet and Boomer Asslesion?
Yeah if you're looking for a uniform that looks like it was designed in the 1950s or early '60s. They have to scrap that stupid logo. I always have hated that. I could see putting a football on the helmet if there was a professional ice hockey or basketball team in the NYC metroplex named the "Jets." There isn't. Everyone knows its football.

That new age shit is atrocious. Oregon, Jax, Tampa, Miami, Ariz......all perfect examples of why we need to keep Nike away from redesigning our uniforms. No need to fix what ain't broken.
