Hopefully the logo has a more modern but classic look. I hate the logo on our helmets. Green helmets are tough to pull off but the logo will make or break it. See the Eagles Kelly green helmet with grey wings. That’s really good. I just hope we 86 the green pants
No. YOU can't read. The Eagles may have floated the idea of a Kelly green alternate helmet but it sunk like the lead balloon it is. Their helmets are dark green.
The kelly green was worn with their throwback unis back before the "no switching helmets" rule was put in place.
Poll Answer: None of the Above. = I'll hate them is black is a prominent feature; if the pants are green; if color rush is used. I will continue to watch - for now, depending on how this off-season goes, and probably next season. If they don't dramatically turn things around, I'm done. As for the uniform, I would like them to go mostly white, with a kelly-like green. I'd like to see a helmet design that incorporates a jet - maybe wings on each side like the Eagles, or Jet exhaust. Failing that, I'd like the traditional logo.
Because they cheaped the fuck out. They just put a sticker on their helmets instead of springing for new white ones. One of my most embarrassing moments as a Jet fan because it was simply a low class money saver.
It just hit me that the Jets will probably be required by the league to design a new Color Rush uniform... Maybe they’ll stick with the original green/white home/road uniforms and the Color Rush will be a blackout uniform. That might be piecing together the very limited information that people seek to have.
