You’re setting yourself up to be miserable.

Jim - doesn’t want to leave UM
John - doesn’t want to leave Baltimore
McCarthy - prefers the Browns, the best job
Arians - doesn’t want to return to coaching

There’s legitimate excuses for each one.

I'm warming up to Kris Richard. He would need to be paired with a good OC though.

We're going to be outfoxed for Harbaugh by Miami

Back up the Brinks truck for Jim H and McCarthy then. McCarthy prefers the Browns? Not if we outbid the Browns. Same with Jim Harbaugh. 15 mil a year. Ante up. We have a great young QB to build around it is criminal to saddle him with more garbage coaching after Bowles/Bates/Rodgers

But they'd better not dare shovel the shit known as Caldwell and Bieniemy down our throats after telling us they're going big game hunting. Jets need to sack up

I kind of like the idea of Marvin Lewis, even though he wouldn't be my top choice. He's got a ton of experience, multiple division titles, etc. I'll take a guy with experience over an unproven coordinator/college coach.

The Williams/Kitchens duo seems like they should be pretty comfortable right where they are now; McCarthy won't be offered the Cleveland job.

I want one or the other, but with Gase's firing you'll probably see the Fish shrewdly pull off a trade for John while the Jets fall short with Jim and end up with some sloppy seconds bum who like Bowles doesn't understand situational football or how clocks and time outs work

Defensive guy; little coordinator time; no head coaching responsibilities at any level. I'll pass.

Can I start a thread after I've been on the sauce?

Btw how do you pronounce the surname of the KC OC just in case we get him?

McCarthy prefers the Browns because they are closest to Green Bay and he has no intentions of moving his family out of there. He has kids in school there.

Jets: Hi JH, we're the Jets, we may have sucked for years, but we have Sam Darnold at QB, fancy it?

Dolphins: Hi JH, we're the Phins, we may have sucked for years, but we have Tanne...err, hang on...err, do you like teal?

I'm not sure McCarthy wants to deal with the media or pressure either.... Just saying

At this point, who gives a fuck?

Maccagnan is going to continue to sign players like Trumaine and give other players who commit crimes second chances.

    Fuck this joke.

Come on now.... We can't single out Mac like that for giving law breakers a second chance..... Every team has done that at least once.... Even the reveared patriots held onto a wannabe gangbanger in Aaron Hernandez as long as they could
