    The Jets press release in which they fired Bowles said that Mike Maccagnan will work closely with Chris in finding the next HC

    Blah. Hope he improves.

    Please tell me reporters asked Chris Johnson why Mac gets to keep his job? Did they bring up Mac’s terrible draft results? These things need to be addressed, and I honestly think we fans have the power through social media to run Mac out of town as long as we refuse to accept this bullsh*t and make our voices heard.

    The Jets statement said Mac will be working closely with Johnson to find the next HC. Can't really see Mac recommending a potential coach that might get him canned. It'll be another Jets front office case of the blind leading the blind.

    Bingo. This is literally the entire problem with the Johnsons. They don't get that their employees have different incentives than they do. And it fucks the team over and over again.

    You've nailed it. The Johnsons have never been employees, having to compete with those around them to keep their job, get good assignments, get raises, get promotions. That kind of self-preservation doesn't even occur to them. They really are clueless.
