    Here we are Sunday 12/30/2018.

Jim Harbaugh's season is over. The Jets season will be over around 4 pm today. Bowles should be out soon after.

We're gonna find out how real this is soon enough if it's real it should come together quickly.

Who knows Jim Harbaugh could be the Jets new head coach by the end of the week!!!

Yeah, or losing, or having guys make bonehead errors, or showing up late for practice, or calling ridiculous plays, or losing track of the clock, or committing stupid penalties or wiping their ass with a football. He certainly has been consistent - none of that crap visibly affected him in any way.

I just got an update on my phone that we are expected to fire him shortly after today's game.

This should all start rolling pretty quickly!!

I heard this, too. It's coming. Just please don't let Woody the rube take a red eye from London. Kick back with some tea and crumpets and stay the F out of here. Better yet, get kicked in the head by a horse, get amnesia, and forget that you even own the team.

Bowles appears to be a goner, but I'm not getting my hopes up for Harbaugh. The Jets have kicked me in the johnson way too many times.

I wish there was some way to keep the special teams coach, Jets ST has not been this good since Westhoff.

No, of course do not ignore it. Especially when it is blatant. But in the normal course of business race should never be relevant.

Not really a fan of Harbaugh. If one of his demands is Mac is gone it might be the only scenario we dump him then I would be all for it.

I'll take either. Both have been successful nfl head coaches. Beggars can't be choosers

McCarthy and Harbaugh both might be to thin skinned to work in NY. But Harbaugh might be so self absorbed that he won't care what the media thinks. But I don't think McCarthy could handle the my media. Neither seem like good fits. Jim Caldwell might be our best bet.

I have a feeling McCarthy would be a disaster here.

Harbaugh is used to the attention & pressure the NY media wouldn't faze him.

Agreed 100%. I don't think NY would overwhelm Harbaugh, McCarthy on the other hand, I don't believe hes that good of a coach, and I dont think he could take the beatdown that would come if he lost. McCarthy was fortunate he was in Green Bay or else I think he would have been fired a few years ago for all the brutal losses and under performance of his teams.

Some of his playoff losses were brutal, they got blown out by San Fran, Atlanta....choked against Seattle, then had close losses to Arizona and San Fran. Often his team didn't look ready or prepared, and granted he was in the playoffs plenty, but he was also coaching Aaron Rodgers in division that has been weak.
