That may be true... But if there was ever a owner dumb enough to try and sell it..... It's probably ours unfortunately lol

I wonder if there is a draft kings sports bet on that. I'm going to have to look that up.

And what would compel you to actually believe a word coming out that guys mouth? The statement itself is questionable because he’s blatantly lying in the first half of it saying Bowles is still our HC.

It does appear that Macc will have to take what comes or walk the plank.

A little solace for you. Why would any NFL make a statement about a “rumor” if it wasn’t true? It’s a bad look for NFL teams to be looking at HCs while you already have one, especially when they’ve been looking at Harbaugh for 4 weeks.

I would rather have John Harbaugh. But the Ravens will keep him for another. John Harbaugh did a good job with SF but there has to be a reason why they did retain him. His college coaching teams underperformed and he could never defeat the most important team on their schedule for a hundred years Ohio St.

Jim Harbaugh's departure from San Francisco was because of a personality clash with the GM, Trent Baalke, not job performance. Both men had massive egos and are difficult to get along with, so one or the other had to go...the owner unwisely chose to keep the GM.

I don't think that was the only issue. Baalke drafted all that talent that helped the Niners win. The other big issue was the early retirement of their star defensive players. Plus Aldon Smith off the field issues. They lost about 5 top flight defensive players.

No one should claim that he's been successful in terms of rivalries at Michigan, but he certainly was in his other college coaching jobs. He won two conference championships at the University of San Diego (he had one conference loss in three seasons), so obviously he beat whoever his rivals were. Much more tellingly, he had a 5-3 record against USC and Cal in his four seasons at Stanford, so he in fact was very successful against his two big rivals.

The Jets are doing it right. Something leaked out just before Bowles even had a chance to pack up his office. I hate Bowles, but the Jets organization love and respect him and they don't want this Harbaugh stuff floating around before Bowles firing on New Years Eve.

Of course we're interested and of course there is a lot of smokey backroom stuff going on now, but the Jets have to do one thing only right now and that's deny deny deny

Bowles is the head coach of the Jets; nothing about that assertion means he will be a week from now and the Jets won’t be backing up the brinks to Jimmy.

Exactly lol why would anyone read CJ's statement and think "Damn, Bowles is here to stay for 2019"?

I would welcome Harbaugh, but if we could find someone who is "younger" to grow with Darnold, give me that guy.
