Fjay any frozen precipitation by you or is it all rain ? I was just out running errands and it is a cold raw nite out there. Ps we still need to watch Xmas many models are showing a storm but theres still lots of time for that to develop.

Where is the snow/ice going to be?

Northern NJ and NYC looks like rain and in the upper 30s and 40s.

All liquid here, I don’t think the temps are going to cooperate. Plus it seems to be moving faster.

it looks well well north of the city and the higher elevations . The coast has zero worries even the immediate burbs looks to will be just rain but I have friends in Warwick that were telling me it was snowing earlier but by me its all wet cold rain and 37 degrees right now. Im not sure if anyone will get ice or freezing rain on the back end of this again the coast has zero worries. PS Next week needs to be watched

heads up ---I know that people are making and have plans and will want to know what the weather will be like as far as traveling --> I just looked at this upcoming weekend and a few models have a big wet mess for Friday and Saturday = again thats wet NOT white. Then I looked and it seems some models still have a" possible" White system on or around the 24th and yes still plenty of time thats a week away.

Looks like a very warm and very wet Friday, but no white stuff around here until after the new year.

Stat Jeff it looks like a good time to build an Ark as it is going to pour Thursday nite / Friday !!!!! PS No White stuff ? Xmas is still not off the table but more likely JUST after xmas = see the 26th or 27th. PSS as of yesterday some models were showing a POSSIBLE big storm on New Years ,,,,but I have not looked at any of this stuff today.

Sorry, I see nothing in virtually every model just after Christmas - where are you seeing this? I think it's wishful thinking on your part ...

Even in the Poconos that's less than 2 inches, and if you look at the other models they have the temperature about 5 degrees warmer, so I'm still going to go with my wishes, which is nothing white.

It could be wishful thinking but as far as some models are concerned a white Xmas is not out of the question

Flakes? Having family over, I reckon. ;)

Nothing but rain, rain, rain here for now. My dog is getting cabin fever and driving me crazy.

Hahaha, Weisenheimer (as Ralph Kramden would say). Hey, did you ever try that venison stew recipe?
