Great game last night. Chiefs never seemed to show any urgency and were content with their occasional 14 point lead. Even after Chargers pulled within 7 late, they seemed disinterested in winning. Great game by Chargers. My only complaint is that the Chargers did it without Keenan Allen, who was on my fantasy team.
Disgree completely, the chargers have been quietly better than every other team in the AFC. If they got the one seed, I think they would take care of business. I would rather have the chargers than the chiefs at this point. The chiefs are 2-2 over there last four games and were very fortunate to not lose to Baltimore at home. They go to Seattle next and I believe this is where the Chiefs season falls apart.

The correct decision was neither. Lynn should have gone for 2 when they were down 28-20 and then either kicked the extra point for the win at 28-28 or gone for 2 to force overtime at 28-26.
Missing the 2 point conversion at 28 to 20 completely changes the events that follow. A missed 2 point is a huge momentum killer and takes all the pressure off the Chiefs. Andy Reid likely doesn't shit the bed with his play calling with an 8 point lead.
True but missing the 2 point conversion at 28-27 ends the game. At least if you miss it down 28-20 you get a second chance. And Reid shouldn't change his play calling up 8 vs 7, but you're right that he might have.
