Yes much different then in the Hess era for sure when you could opt to not even take the Xhibition tix. But if the product Woody brings us is far superior in the future then the past I for one will have no complaints as I will have hope that the we may actually play for all the marbles in the forseeable future which would be most exciting for all those who read this but never experienced it. Actually to this day the proudest moment the NYJs have EVER given me after winning SB3 was the raising of the CHAMPIONSHIP flag before game 1 of that next season & then seeing it fly for every home game that year. Knowing that we had accomplished the ultimate used to bring me to tears cause I thought it would last & last & Hess stepped in with his penny pitching ways & whamo all my dreams were shattered. To bad Hess wandered in the forest for so many years until illness struck him & he decided now we have to win & brought in BP to get the VL trophy before he himself was gotten.
Yeah, I think there will be some votes against it, but Goodell will be pressuring people to go for it, just to end the whole thing. Then again, they might only approve some of it; I could easily see the league saying "this is only one stadium, you're no different from anyone else" and approving $150 million rather than $300 million. I just don't trust anything anymore...too much politics. We'll see on Thursday.
Lets get a playoff game first...as far as home playoff games, Im thinkin thats not gonna happen this year
It was Silver and Bruno, but hey... somebody had to elect them! New Yorkers need to bitch-slap themselves.
