I concur! We changed the locker room culture by removing the divas and getting guys that are team first, but we need more guys like Adams who are hungry. I look at Leonard Williams as a prime example of good team guy, but doesn't have the fire that Adams has. We need more players who are hungry for success.

I like what Adams said today in the locker room and I like that he has no tolerance for losing. Consistent losing creates the wrong kind of culture and that's what we've got here. I hate seeing the the talent from one of the few great draft picks we've made go to waste.
