    Throw in a second round pick here and there and this unit looks like that against Chicago in the second half?

    The Jets offense was undermanned today I get it but what excuse does this defense have?

    I'm sick of it man!!!!

    Guess what's gonna happen in April? Some imaginary edge rusher will magically appear on Todd's radar and our 1rd DP will once again be... BPA-D

    All those years drafting D, and half of them aren't on the team anymore, and what's left over can't consistently cover, or generate any pass rush. This is a hole that will take years to climb out of. At least the QB position is taken care of...hopefully.

    I won't live long enough to see this team turn it around. The Jets will have their own stadium 5 years after I die of old age.

    I think maybe we need just one more pick on defense to take us to that elite level.

    WRs and offensive linemen are overrated in today's football. :rolleyes:

    Injuries happen. They went with Kearse, Burnett and Roberts for most the game. Sucks when you lose 3 of your top 4 targets.

    I have to say Adams and Maye while they are good but they are not impact players particularly for top picks.

    Jets draft picks have not reallly got a home run. Darnold cannot be judged yet but has long way to go be a franchise QB.

    Can we move back to Shea Stadium please? I know the swirling winds are real bad off Flushing Bay, but at least it will help our defense. Our offense can't be any worse, so that will be a wash.

    After this loss, I'm trying for the life of me to determine what this team needs worse. Injuries aside, and I get that 2 of their top WRs are out, they have no impact players anywhere. Adams, the LBs and that D line were just out right horrible.

    It all ties in to one common denominator: COACHING.....the more things (players) change, the more it stays the same.
