Brook, sorry about the loss of your former roommate and friend. Had he been ill for a while, or was it a sudden thing? Hang in there, my friend. May memories of happy times together give you some comfort and peace.
Thanks NC. Truly appreciate it. It wasn't sudden. He had pancreas cancer and he had a surgery a year ago. It was expected. Heart breaking thing for me is to see hos wife and his 8 year old daughter heart broken. The thing that kills me is not being able to go to Turkey for his funeral since I just started my job in a new company with no vacation days. Thanks my friend. Cancer sucks big time.
You're welcome, my friend. Wow! Pancreatic Cancer is the worst! Sorry that you not only lost a good friend, but won't be able to go to the funeral! That really sucks! If you're not offended, I will lift prayers for you and for his family and friends.
