Remember that post 2 weeks ago. PLAY CLEMENS. PENNINGTON SUCKS...

    22/29 for 241 2 TD passes, 0 picks.

    Oh yeah, he blows.

I don't care if they were playing against the local pop warner team. The conditions are bad and he's playing great.

    The score should be 45-0.

All we heard all week from the naysayers is that Pennington doesn't have the arm to play on a cold and windy day. All he did was shread the Pack in the first half for 31 points and 5 looooong scoring drives with over 200 yards passing and two TDs. The second half was nothing more than a preseason game. If people can't see this game for what it really was, then that is just pitiful and petty. I'm outa here. I have never seen such a negative bunch of chicken littles in my life. You guys can't even enjoy a 38-10 win.

I'm sorry, but anybody who wants to replace the QB after a win like that is just an idiot. Period.

Good use of the strawman there chief. Standard Chadinette procedure of course, I'm glad you've gotten the handbook down cold.

You tell everyone that we refuse to acknowledge Pennington's shortcomings but we can say the same thing about you... you can't accpet that he has had two great games....

Actually the argument is that Pennington doesn't have the arm to play against a good defense. But nice try.

There aren't many QB's that can excel against a good defense. Look at what Brad Johnson did this week against the Bears. He is usually a very reliable QB and he was actually taken out for Brooks Bollinger... You obviously don't understand th concept of a "good" defense.. there is a reason they are good.. they stop people

Where has anyone said Chad hasn't had two good games? I'm on record as saying he had a pretty good game last week, and I think this game was good too. I've also said even if he struggles, we should let him finish the year out.

That's why you Chadinettes are such a huge joke. We don't make up things for you guys, you give us enough ammunition for that. It's just hilarious to me how delisional the Chadinettes are, and how dumb the arguments are. A complete refusal to actually look at Chad's play when he does badly, and a refusal to admit he's played badly, but a demand that everyone bow down and acknowledge Chad as the best QB in the NFL every time he has a good game, no matter who the opponent is. Again, let's see some consistency against good defenses. Chad had a stretch of 6 bad games before most of us really said anything, now he's had a stretch of 2 decent games, and he's a HoFer? C'mon man.

There's a difference between excelling and showing up. Nobody is asking Chad to go out there and throw for 300 yards and 3 TDs against a good defense, hell, I'm surprised when he can manage something like that against a bad defense even (he's done it maybe twice in his career, I know he has only 4 300 yard games period, and I'm pretty sure he didn't have 3 TDs in at least 2 of them). What we ask of Chad is to at the minimum throw for about 160 yards, 1 TD 1 INT. That's all. Make that the minimum performance, because most QBs can do at least that much against a good defense. Instead, that's Chads BEST effort! His AVERAGE effort is much worse! That doesn't cut it, the good QBs in this league will go off on good defenses ocassionally.

No one has said he is a half of famer and none has said he is the best QB in the NFL so way to show off your reading skills. The fact that we win a game 38-10 and you can still make an arguement for Chad to be replaced is dumb
