Could you imagine being the guy that fought every poster that said Mayfield was going to be a good pro quarterback right now? Man, you must feel like shit.
At leas we can always count on the Jets for one thing. Just when you think they couldn't sink any lower, they find new and creative ways to do just that.
It's a cruel world out there sometimes, but man what a shit result to wake up to in the UK, I woke up and checked the score at around 2:15am and we were leading and thought good stuff, Taylor was blowing chunks, went back to sleep and wake up to this dog turd
His act was inexcusable. Never forget that a real coach (Bellycheat) benched one of his top defenders in the SuperBowl The biggest game imaginable. Pure stones of brass. He took a loss in the biggest game - because he chose to be a man of conviction. I'd prefer this over weak spineless coaching leading to repetitive losing.
That would be @SolidGoldBowles Trashed him unmercifully. Over and over again. But he’s still unapologetic.
What sucks the most for me (and I am sure other Jets fans) is the Jets are considered a JOKE around the NFL. They literally felt like a pawn tonight. The entire NFL world, all of NFL Network Pre- and Post- Game was about the Browns winning. It felt rigged. Even at 14-0 no one felt the Jets would win. Embarrassing because it was true. The Jets truly were a joke and the Browns who have been a literal joke for years are now somehow a cool team? Crazy to me. The Jets could have easily flipped the narrative and looked like they would up 14-0, but instead were exactly what people around the league thought they were and that just makes me sick. Terrible.
It may have felt rigged, but that's just because you knew what was coming. This was the most same old Jets game I can recall in quite a while, and that's 4 days after another same old Jets game.
Pretty clear that the Browns won the draft, at least those first two picks. It was clear to most football fans already, but its fitting to have the empirical evidence rammed down the Jets' fans' throats on primetime national television. At least Jets fans can take solace in knowing that they could never have had Mayfield anyway, which will take the Marino-esque aspect away from the years of hurt and envy on the horizon.
Can’t wait for my Bills and Josh Allen to smack y’all around this year. Look on the bright side tho. This year might finally show ghe organization that toilet Bowles needs to go.
Wow a rookie in his first game...also the refs...our receivers were molested on every pass attempt but yall aint see that right!?!?!?
lol, thats all i have to say we got a soft team boys just accept that soft coach , soft OL and soft pass rush
