The only blame Sam should get is that INT when he forced the throw to Kearse. The Jets CS drew up a horrendous offensive gameplan. The Jets CS failed to make simple adjustments that would’ve kept the game in hand. Todd Bowles admitted straight up that the team kept their gameplan the same even after Taylor got hurt.

    LoL

A real coach has us there- so far we should be 3-0

    But

Bowles will get us to 3 or 4 TOTAL wins

And another thing about this guy.. When the Jets Drafted Kyle Wilson the analysts said this would be great because we have (pick mercenary) Revis and he’ll sow him what to do and get the most outta him ala Ray Lewis..

Well that example aside, Adams is th greatest leader in LSU history right? I know he’s been here 19 games..but where’s the consistency elevated play from LEE Leo etc? Too harsh or fair?

I like Adams in the box, especially when Tyrod was playing, but in the second half I would have thought he'd be in the secondary, making plays on Baker's throws. That did not happen.

I'm sorry but I think Adams is the epitomy of this mess of a rebuild. You have to earn the right to walk around and run your mouth like you are a multi year all pro. Adams has been an ok to above average starter in his short career so far. Talks a massive game, plays an ok one. Embarrassing when you're supposed to be this 'generational talent' he's been billed as.

I don't mind confidence, but there's a big differnce between confidence and mis-placed arrogance. He's been good in flashes but man, be a little humble and start showing some signs you're learning, both individually and as a team. I stayed up through the night in England last night to watch that game and can't remember being as hacked off as that. Wasn't just on Adams, but he's the one telling everyone who'll listen how great and fierce he is.

So while we lick our wounds and wonder how this team continues to find the same way to lose almost every week, Adams is probably preparing his instagram and twitter 'dare to be great' etc etc yawn yawn content for next week.

Same mistakes costing us week in week out. Bored of it now.

I feel for you bro I really do. Sacrificing sleep to support your team. I know the feeling cause I was stationed in Germany and had to do the same thing.

But his leadership was outstanding. I mean have you ever seen such leadership in the entire history of the NFL? The coward ran away from the media after the game. A real leader would stand there and be a man. Not just his mouth yapping and his face all up in the cameras when they win but when you lose also.

great post and nice read ... sorry you had to stay up for this poop fest I totally agree ! our team is full of big talkers and little doers especially when it counts in the trenches ! the guy was in the backfield all night but could not get the QB down whatsoever ... he barely makes game changing plays ... another guy getting on my nerves, Parry Nickerson the guy has played 3 games in the NFL and acts like he's a pro bowler with his taunting and showboating I mean come on how do they keep getting away with this BS

He doesn't have any pelts to be a leader on this team.

Guys like Ray Lewis were GREAT PLAYERS on the field first. BECAUSE of his play he COMMANDED RESPECT when he spoke.

You are right on. It didn't happen because the combined wisdom of our coaching staff was not to change a damned thing. Neither Bowles nor his DC can make second half adjustments never mind real time adjustments. They are both extremely over their heads.
